Exclusive - TV host Sreemukhi on rumours of wedding: I'm tired of these rumours; marriage not on cards at least for 3-4 years

Seasoned anchor Sreemukhi is a busy bee lately with back to back TV shows. However, speculations over her personal life are rife now.
Rumour mill has it that Sreemukhi is planning to get hitched to a well off businessman very soon. When quizzed about the same, Sreemukhi said, "That's b**sh*t! Every now and then there's something or the other. I've even seen people blurring my father's face on their thumbnails and claiming I'm getting married to him only.That's how pathetic it is. I'm tired of these rumours actually. Of late, I'm like, 'You get me married how many times you want'. Because ignoring them is the best way."
Ask her if she's atleast thinking about marriage, she said, "No, not at all! Marriage is not on cards at least in the next 3-4 years. I'm in a happy space busy with TV and movies. I'm currently shooting for BB Jodi now after which I'll head to my hometown."
"And I'm very vocal about my wedding. Given my personality, I'll announce and celebrate it aloud," she concludes.
There have been rumours about her wedding even in the past. Sreemukhi, who is currently focused on her career, had a breakup several years ago. She opened up about the same during her Bigg Boss stint.
In a task, where the contestants had to share their darkest secret, ace TV host Sreemukhi revealed on national television that she had an ugly break up. She disclosed that she once had a happy relationship and even her professional career kicked off on a successful note then.
However, differences eventually crept up and she got the reason for the break up right before the shoot of her show one day. She had an emotional breakdown and even contemplated suicide at the point but managed to complete the shoot. Sreemukhi mentioned that her ex-beau is a popular face but she didn’t reveal the name and other details about him.
The popular actress-TV host mentioned that she has grown into a better and happy person over the years and realised that settling in life and parents come before relationships. She opined that taking care of the family is not alone a man’s responsibility in today’s world.
On the career front, she was a part of the recently concluded debut season of dance reality show Dance Ikon. She was a mentor on a show for the first time in her career. She is currently hosting the shows 'Aadivaaram with Maa Parivaram' and the recently launched show BB Jodi as well.
